Shipping FAQ & Policies (PLEASE READ)

VERY IMPORTANT questions and info about how I ship my products to you, the beloved customer! Please pay attention to this section if you intend on ordering from me, as something pertaining to or affecting you may be addressed. Where do you ship from?

I ship out of New York, USA.

Why do you only ship domestically?

This is a one person run shop, and I'm still very new to selling online and fulfilling orders. Currently, shipping only within North America is the most feesable for me in my current situation. I do have plans to expand outside the US and hopefully ship internationally! But as of now, any orders placed from outside North America will be refunded and cancelled.

I ordered stickers but I never recieved tracking, what gives?

In order to save costs for both me and you, I ship sticker only orders in an untracked, stamped envelope.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

If you are located within the U.S., it should take about 1-3 weeks. If you are located outside the U.S., it should take about 2-4 weeks. If it takes any longer, please contact me via email or using the contact form.

My country has customs that may need to be paid when I recieve packages.

I'm sorry but I am not responsible for paying any custom fees that may apply, they are responsibility of the buyer.

Do you accept refunds/returns/cancellations?

I do not accept refunds/returns unless it is due to an error on my part. If your order has been severley damaged in transit, please contact me via email or the contact form and I will try my best to resolve the issue! I am willing to accept cancellations only if the order has not been shipped yet.

When do you ship orders?

I want my products to reach you as soon as possible so I will try to ship them out right away but in the chance I'm unable to do so, I make trips to ship orders twice a week-- once towards the begining and once towards the end of the week.

I ordered a pre-order/made-to-order item, when will it ship?

Pre-orders will usually ship approximately within a month from the pre-order deadline, which will be listed on the product listing as well as my social media. If your order contains a pre-order item alongside already available products, I won't ship your order until the pre-order item is ready, unless you contact me and let me know otherwise. Made-to-order items will usually be ready to ship within a week of the order being placed, alongside any other items ordered if applicable.
