Product FAQ

Here's a list of quetions I think are important to answer. If the answer you need isn't in the product description or here, feel free to send me a message using email([email protected]) or the contact form linked in the sidebar!

Do you take custom bracelet/kandi requests?

Not currently! I plan to expand and eventually offer customs once I get everything sorted out and get a bit more of a supply collection. Though I can say, if I get enough requests for a specific character, I may consider adding them and possibly other characters from that series to my permanent lineup...👀

Are your stickers waterproof?

Sadly, the non-vinyl ones aren't. Those are handmade and, because of the paper they're printed on, once the paper underneath the protective layer gets wet, they bleed. They are water-resistant, so getting a drop or two splashed on them shouldn't hurt them but more than that can cause the ink to run :(

Do you make bracelets/kandi in a bigger size?

The size I make is pretty universal and the chord I use to string them is pretty stretchy, but if you're worried about sizing, shoot me an email or fill out the contact form and be sure to include your order number and wrist measurement and I'll do my best to make adjustments to accomodate you!

Why are some of the colors/edges/etc on my stickers/pins slighty different from each other?

Each sticker is handmade! Although I try my best to cut each sticker out the same (or as much as I can) each time, I am human so each one may differ slightly but I'll never sell one that's extremely different or defective unless I mark them as a different grade. I also may have stock that was made using a different printer or paper or they may be from various manufacturers so that also affects the color. For buttons, the press I use has a individual cutting die so I can't always line each cut exactly the same even though I try my hardest. I try to keep the variables pretty consistent but depending on where I am when producing the products or what's available to me, sometimes it's out of my control or left to human error. But that doesn't stop me from striving to make the best quality product I can provide!

I have allergies to (insert pet here). Are you or your products around them?

I package and ship everything out from my home and I have no pets here so there are no worries about those allergens!

Why don't you have (insert character, series/fandom, or community) merch?

I usually only make merch of characters, series/fandoms, or communities I'm into or know enough about in order to ensure I make the best merch I can. But if I  get a large influx of requests to do merch of a specific character, series/fandom, or community, and I Iook into it and see that it's something I'm okay with or interested in, I'm open to including it in my merch! I never want to misrepresent a character, series/fandom, or community or, in the worst case, offend anyone so I only want to include things I have knowledge of or researched thoroughly.
